Exploring our personal histories and identities from a trauma-informed, anti-racist and intersectional perspective.
Welcome to Unpacking Our Past! This course is wellbeing focused and combines healing with global and personal histories. The group is woman-only. Please see my statement around the groups and gender.
An opportunity for white women and/or people who haven’t experienced racism, to learn and grow through a trauma-informed, anti-racist and intersectional lens. We will unpack your own personal histories, intergenerational trauma, accountability, childhood and adult experiences with the overarching aims: (1) to understand the impact of racial trauma, (2) to commit to a life-long journey of healing.

Week 4: Place & Belonging
Week 5: Intergenerational Trauma
Week 6: Intergenerational Accountability
Week 7: Processing Guilt
Week 8: Mental Health & Wellbeing
Week 9: Self-Healing
Week 10: Collective Acceptance
For this course you’ll receive a workbook online, which can be printed and a homework worksheet per week. The homework is for your own reflections of the previous session.
If any of the course content is triggering or you’d like to look over some again with me, you’d be more than welcome to book in a one-to-one session in-between sessions.
Cost
The cost of the course = £110
This money goes directly to supporting The Teapot Collective to run free courses and groups for people of colour.
